Mr. Norris is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Mr. Norris is presently registered in the states of TN, AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TX, VA, & WV.
